Kodiak Exploration Limited (KXL: TSX-V, KX3: FRA) is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company focused on exploring and developing gold and uranium properties that have the potential to become signifcant discoveries. At the Hercules gold project, in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp of western Ontario, we have recently released a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate outlining  111,450 ounces gold (231,800 tonnes grading 14.95 gpt gold) and inferred resources of 101,050 ounces gold ( 761,300 tonnes grading 4.13 gpt gold) (uncapped, 1.0 gpt cutoff). Exploration continues on the Golden Mile and parallel vein systems to determine the ultimate resource potential of this large gold system. Excellent results from preliminary metallurgical studies, proximity to infrastructure and the presence of shallow, high-grade gold mineralization underscore the economic potential of the project. In addition to Hercules, the company controls over 1,100 km2 of this prolific past producing gold camp. Recent exploration drilling at the Milestone, located at the eastern end of the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp, has outlined a very large, low grade, potentially bulk-minable gold  deposit. The Milestone gold system is at least 3000 metres long, averages over 40 metres in width and is open in all directions. Kodiak is exploring multiple additional target areas, seeking additional gold resources to complement the Hercules and Milestone discoveries. 

Kodiak’s energy division is exploring for uranium in the rich Athabasca basin of northern Saskatchewan. At our West Millennium project, Kodiak has discovered a large uranium mineralized system located only 3 kilometres west of the 50M pound Millennium deposit. Our initial drilling has intercepted up to 0.13% U3O8 that has help define multiple targets for additional exploration drilling. The project has excellent potential to host a significant uranium discovery.
